曾在国务院发展研究中心“中国产业发展跟踪研究项目”工作，主要从事国家产业政策、区域产业规划、城市产业发展战略及重点产业的跟踪研究；协调和参与多项国家和省部级重科研课题，参与编制北京市十一五规划、宝钢发展战略规划等多个项目。
Directed industrial policy research at the Development Research Center of the State Council’s “China Industrial Development Tracking Program”.Coordinated 18 national/provincial research projects including Beijing’s 11th Five-Year Plan and Baosteel’s Strategic Development Plan.Authored 5 regional industrial development white papers adopted by provincial governments
